Document collection for firms that work from a checklist. You send the request. Your client uploads against a list built for that kind of deal. Ducks follows up with anyone still owing documents, on your schedule, under your brand, on your domain.

- Discovery Audit. Three calls over two weeks. Half the fee is due before the first call, half on delivery of the Discovery Document.
- Discovery Document. Your roadmap, where we would start, and a fixed price for the first build. Yours to keep whether or not you go further.
- Build Agreement. A separate agreement for the build, paid in three: kickoff, midpoint check, handover. The audit fee is credited in full toward any work that starts within 60 days of the readout.
- Support. We built it, we keep it running. Support terms are set in the Build Agreement or the Ducks license.

All prices are in US dollars. Invoices are issued by Atokoni Consulting, LLC through Stripe and can be paid by card or ACH bank transfer. There are no hourly rates.
Refunds and cancellations
- Discovery Audit
- Cancel before the first call and the first payment is refunded in full. Once the first call has taken place the fee is earned and not refundable; the second payment is only invoiced when the Discovery Document is delivered.
- Operations build
- Either side can end a build in writing at any time. You pay for milestones that have been delivered and nothing after that. Work delivered up to that point is yours.
- Ducks license
- Monthly licenses can be cancelled at any time and end at the close of the current billing month. Annual licenses run to the end of their term and are not refunded for unused months; they do not renew without your say-so.
